From an early age I gravitated toward photography as my creative medium. My first camera ever was an old film Nikon N2000 given to me by my father. Today I work digitally unless asked otherwise. Since my early teenage years, I have dedicated myself to the art of photography. I learned my art through the world of academia but for the most part I am self-taught. I have always considered myself versatile as an artist. There are too many styles and genre's within photography that interest me so I have chosen to take on many in one respect or another. I am constantly improving my work and learning new techniques to better my level of creativity.

I am currently a Senior at California State University, Northridge. I am majoring in Communication Studies with a focus in Rhetoric and Public Relations and a minor in Photojournalism and History. It is my hope in the next couple years, to pursue a few photography internship/apprenticeships prior to applying to an MFA Program for Photography.
